PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN SISWA KELAS XII IA-1 SMAN 2 LUBUKLINGGAU MEMAHAMI PROGRAM LINIER MELALUI RECIPROCAL TEACHING

ABSTRAK

This research aims at increasing student ability in class Xll IA-1 SMAN 2 Lubuklinggau in understanding Linear Program through Reciprocal Teaching. This research as conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau with student from class Xll JA-1 ill the academic year 201012011 as the subject of investigation, consists of 40 people. The procedure of research is classroom action research which is a cycle of activity that consists of 4 stages, namely (]) planning action, (2) implementation of the action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The data were collected by test and observation techniques. Data analysis was done by comparing the data from the results of observation with specified success indicators. The results of this research showed that there is an increase in student learning outcomes class Xll IA-1 SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau through the implementation of reciprocal teaching on the material Linear Program and an increase in student learning activities in the learning process. Improvedlearning outcomes can be seenfrom the increasing number of the students who achieve mastery learning, which is 52,5% on first cycle with an average value 63,2 to 82,5% in the second cycle with average value 78,4.
